Click this link for instructions on how to turn your old diesel vehicle into a used vegetable oil recycler and get fuel for free at the local fast food joint. You have to strain the residue out, but it's free.

Note: The amount you save may be worth it if you have access to an older diesel vehicle to convert, some mechanical ability and a lot of determination.

This might be something to consider trying out in the near future. How much does it cost to convert your car to run on vegetable oil?
Not worth it id say. doesn't vegetable oil cost like.. 3 dollars for 2 liters?
Well 1st of all your car must be a diesel.
Gallon for gallon, the cost of vegatable oil costs double what regular gasoline fuel does. Why would you want to do this?
yes your car does have to be diesel. and you have to be willing to go to fast food joints to get their used veggie oil for free. that's were you save the money.

Next, filter it, so it is clean of solids like fries and filet-o-fish bits. Then make a seperate tank in your car to hold the grease. Next find a way to keep it hot. Cold grease doesn't flow well and will stop up your fuel lines. Last make a valve system to switch back and forth from diesel to grease. You must start and stop the engine on diesel fuel to prevent the cold grease from stopping the lines up. Works great if your willing to go through alot of crap just to save some money. Cost wise I'd not pay someone to install it BIG $$$$
