Can you mix peanut oil and vegetable oil in a fryer?

Yes, you can. But peanut oil and veggie oil have different smoking points, a factor to think about in higher heat frying!

.Can you mix peanut oil and vegetable oil in a fryer?
In a home fryer, you can but, the individual flavors will compete with each other. Both burn the same way so becareful of too much smoke. Also, if cooking for other people, you must tell them when using peanut oil, peanuts are the biggest food allergy in the world! Next comes fish and seafood. I work in a rest., so we must inform customers of the peanut oil and if fish is in the same fryer. Good Luck! Can you mix peanut oil and vegetable oil in a fryer?
