I'm going to be cooking vegetables, but it requires 1 tbs of vegetable oil. Does that mean I have to count the calories from the oil?Do you count the calories from vegetable oil?
Anything that you add to your food, that has calories, requires those extra calories to be added to the total calorie intake.
On the bright side, if you cook for two, you only add half of the calories, as your partner will be consuming the other half!!!Do you count the calories from vegetable oil?
Of course
Yes
I don't and the only carb I'm concerned about is the one under the hood.
Yes, you'll be eating it.
uh that's a hard question, but I would
yup
I would think so. There are probably more calories in the oil than there are in the veggies.
I guess if you are a keener yes you would count the calories in vegetable oil as well.
vegetable oil is just as caloric as butter, so yes you definitely count calories in oil.
