Can you use vegetable oil in place of olive oil?

I am making a recipe and it calls for 1 tbsp of olive oil, can i use egetable oil instead? Can you use vegetable oil in place of olive oil?
you can, but olive oil has a much better flavor than standard vegetable oil.Can you use vegetable oil in place of olive oil?
Yes you can. I use 4 different types of oils in cooking as well as butter.

Vegetable oil can always be used in place of olive oil but not necessarily the other way around as olive oil has a low smoking point.
Absolutely
You should be able to get away with it, as long as the olive oil isn't intended for drizzling over the completed dish.

Remember that olive oil differs from the other widely used oils in that it actually has a distinct flavor that it often imparts on food. Other oils such as soy, peanut, and vegetable are prized for the fact that they are primarily bland, allowing them to be used without affecting the final taste of a dish to a great extent.
Yes, preferably sunflower oil, but any vegetable oil will do and with such a small amount of it, only someone with an exceptional sense of taste will really notice.
